Do I need to be an influencer to purchase products in Oud Essentials website?

No. You can purchase our products retail as a guest or by creating an account with us to enjoy a special discount on your first order.

How is my "Friends with Benefits" commission paid?

Commission will be paid monthly on the 15th of the following month directly to your Paypal account.

Example :

Commission for January 2018 will be paid on 15th February 2018.


How to make payment?

Oud Essentials uses VISA/MASTER credit/debit card and Paypal to process online transactions in respective currencies.


Where do we ship to?

Oud Essentials provides Free Shipping within Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, Europe, Great Britain and Dubai.

When will I received my purchase?

Under normal circumstances, you will receive your purchase(s) within 3-5 working days.

However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Our aim is to have your items shipped out from our warehouse as fast as possible except for unforeseen circumstances.

After placing your order, a confirmation email with your order number will be sent to you automatically. You will be informed when product(s) has been shipped, including a tracking number enabling you to follow the status of your order, and the various stages in the delivery process until such time as your products arrive at their designated destination.


How can I check the status of my order(s)?

For registered customers, you may log in at our store (www.oudessentials.com) to check on the status of your order(s).

For customers who made purchases with as a Guest, you may contact us at customerservice@oudessentials.com for order checking.

Can I return the product(s) purchased from Oud Essentials online shop?

Unfortunately, we do not accept return of items if you have made an incorrect purchase or you changed your mind after receiving the items. Please review your cart before completing the order.

For defective and incorrect items, we have a 7- day exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

   • Item must be in its original purchase condition; packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

   • All postage costs for return of goods are at customer’s own expense.

   • Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

   • This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as Non-exchangeable or Non-returnable.
